Cancellation Policy

▪️BOOKING - ALL appointments will require a card on file in order to book. ▪️No Call, No Shows - Any client who no call, no shows will be required to pay 100% of the intended service. - No exceptions ▪️Color Service Cancellations - Color service cancellations must be done no less than 48 hours prior to appointment time. - Cancellations under 48 hours will be charged a 30% cancellation fee to the card on file. ▪️Haircut-Only Cancellations (men’s cuts) - Haircut only appointments must contact me no less than 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of intended service. ▪️Late arrivals - ANY tardiness exceeding 10 minutes will be charged a $15 late fee added on to their service, if I am able to still perform intended service. -If service cannot be performed due to tardiness, charge will be added on to future services. I am understanding that things come up that are out of our control. I will be more than happy to work with you, IF you contact me directly! 🫶🏻
